Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support at support@vexlynova.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your shoes back.
  3. Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging. Include any accessories or inserts that came with them.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or style, you can request an exchange following the same return process.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@vexlynova.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
